What is your favorite thing about coming to classes?
Seeing Sami and Sarah, and pushing myself in a positive atmosphere.
What are you most proud of accomplishing in your time here so far? What goals have we helped you reach?
I am most proud of my dedication. I have never in my whole life stuck with something consistently, even on the hard days!
What would you tell someone who has never done CrossFit before and is considering joining?
Your experience will be at your pace. You can scale everything, and work to push yourself with the positive encouragement of Sarah and Sami. Everyone is at different levels of strength and fitness, all trying to achieve their own personal goals.
What has surprised you the most?
Letting go of the number on the scale. I can see the change in clothes and mirror and strength in the gym, and it’s about so much more now.
How have you changed, physically and/or mentally since joining us?
Just since the transition to CrossFit in January and getting my nutrition in control, I have seen the most results. The pounds are coming off and my mental clarity and drive are the best they’ve been in my life.
