OUR CLASSES

At CrossFit Glendive, we make it easier than ever to start a fitness routine. With our programs, you’ll work hard, play hard, and still gain maximum results. For us, training is about balance. This isn’t a dictatorship. It’s a community of like-minded people looking to transform their bodies and minds.

  • CrossFit Group Training

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees, and much more. Plus, every WOD is different so you never get bored!

  • CrossFit Elements

    This Beginners Program will introduce you to various CrossFit workouts and will allow us to serve you better by getting to know your goals, expectations, fitness level, and experience. You get to learn about the CrossFit methodology and our expectations of our athletes in a fun, controlled, and most importantly, safe environment. The Beginners Program will introduce you to the nine fundamental CrossFit movements, Olympic lifts, and more. These intro sessions will help to prepare you for entrance into the group CrossFit classes and are required in order to participate in the regularly-scheduled group classes.

    UPDATED: We will integrate you into our regular classes DURING a regular class. This means you get your own coach to walk you through the warmup. You will see first-hand exactly how a class goes. While the class works on skills and accessory movements, you will get one-on-one instruction in the foundational movements. We will then prep you for the WOD and get you rockin’, all while walking you through the exact way to make the workout work for YOU.

    The program consists of 6 sessions over 2 weeks.

  • CrossFit EXPRESS

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees, and much more. Plus, every WOD is different so you never get bored!

     

    This class does NOT include a designated strength/accessory portion, and the daily WOD will be adjusted to fit a 30-minute time period! We will still have our usual warmup and dynamic range of motion stretching, and then get right into a solid metcon portion.

     

    MONDAY – FRIDAY FROM 6:30am-7:00am

    Looking for a new challenge? Kickstart your weekend with a physical and mental boost. It’s training that’s both refreshing and necessary. After each class, stick around for the hangout session.
